I've been in the real estate business for over 26 years in The Woodlands and Spring. Fifteen of those years have been with RE/MAX, the leading real estate company in the world. I have also been in both the home building, and the new home salessides of the industry. I continually strive to keep learning, and educating myself with both the latest in technology and continuing education to keep my clients informed, and up to date with the ever-changing real estate market. Experience is the best teacher, and I can safely say that after 26 years, I have had a wealth of education.
Because I understand how stressful and uncertain the home buying and selling process can be, I strive to put my clients at ease right from the start. A good sense of humor comes in very handy for this. I have first-hand knowledge in the humor department as well. My husband, Tommy Drake, is a professional comedian who has performed in all 50 states, on theCarnival fleet of cruise ships, and he opened for the ultimate performer, Cher, on her farewell tour.
I grew up on a small farm in southern Illinois so I enjoy going out to the country where I have some land and spend time with my menagerie of horses, cows, dogs, chickens and various other critters. My clients love being the recipients of the fresh eggs. You can't take the country out of the girl.
With me, you get a little something extra. I enjoy everything about the challenges of real estate. In my opinion, it's a series of problems to be solved on an ongoing basis.
