Flo has been helping families come home to The Woodlands since 1975. She helped open the first Century 21 franchise in Montgomery County. By 1986, Flo had grown the firm to 55 agents and Century 21Gold Country was the largest real estate firm in Montgomery County. Flo sold the company to Merrill Lynch Realty that year in order to have more time for the individual needs of her clients and her family.

In 1995 Flo joined the highly successful team of RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring and has consistently been in the top 1% of RE/MAX agents. Perhaps her greatest accomplishment is being acknowledged by The Houston Business Journal as one of the top 25 agents in the Houston Metro area for the past 10 years, based on total closed transactions. Flo and her husband of 41 years, Spruce have raised 4 children in the Woodlands. They have eight grandchildren as well all of whom live in The Woodlands. Flo and her family are active members of First Baptist Church.

They enjoy boating, golf and travel. Our family loves the lifestyle here and I am looking forward to introducing you to The Woodlands as well.
